clicks and ctr increased

    Well for past whole month i have been trying different add positions but it hardly ever crossed 2 dollar a day, now today after changing some locations my ctr and number of clicks have drastically been increased i usually get 3-4k impressions and .50-1.50 dollar depending on number of clicks but today its only even 1.2k impressions so far and 2 dollars been made, number of clicks are increased too and i know it is just becuase of adds position but how come google would know about it and dont think it is some sort of click fraud and dont ban me. ?
