    I am selling the site because I just recruited to the army and don't any time to work on it.

    I don't know if you can trust examineurl because according to my reports from my hosting and from ad network that I am using as publisher I am getting 1500+ unique visitors.
    They are coming from search engines,other forums and some of it is direct and regular visitors of my site.

    It seems Examineurl is playing it safe Estimating the minimum visitors expected from their analysis. No Analysis site can predict the exact number of visitors except if you use a server side code or javascript plugin like with Google Analytics, that would be accurate and my advise.

    Examineurl is good for estimates and predictions in my opinion.
