Clicking Someones Adsense Can Get Them Banned!?!

Hi I'm interested to find out if constantly clicking on someones adsense, say for example a rival site, would cause that person to get banned from google adsense?

I've read plenty of the threads detailing against TOS (clicking your own stuff). But does this type of sabotage work? I'm not curious to do it but wondering if people did it to others (act of war).

I've had the AdSense team contact me before about invalid clicks and all it amounted to was them banning the IP address from registering as a click on my account.

This type of attack would never work, and I've never heard of anyone being banned for it.

In the event the person was using a dynamic ip (say phoneline) could you still get banned?

Again, I'd have to say no. Adsense has contacted me previously about invalid clicks. I simply responded by saying that they should feel free to remove those clicks and the income produced, they thanked me, and that was that.

Honestly, if a publisher maintains a decent relationship with their reps, I can't see this ever harming the victim of such an attack.

You have to be pretty smart to get a job at Google, you have to be pretty dumb to attempt click warfare under their noses.

That means, we have to contact the reps and tell them before attack occured? Just in case if someone tries to kick our balls?
