Clicked own ads 7 times (apparently)

I installed adlogger the other day and it said I apparently clicked my own ads 7 times within half an hour. I take it that it's not very accurate as I didn't click the ads once, but was just doing some work on the site in that time period (and testing other links etc).

I emailed Google just in case straight after I found out.

Google doesn't really like people using adlogger.

Usually they don't encourage these kind of programs, but in my opinion you should continue with adlogger to keep tracking and if you got any email (banned) from google, then it will help to show up things..

Adlogger tracks right clicks and click and drags, that's why.

Adlooger even tracks mouseovers as clicks.

I'm confused. Doesn't Adlogger tell people that their software doesn't actually track real clicks, but just "predicts" them on their website? I don't use them, so I don't know. But they really should tell people because I see this confusion way too much. Or is that that you guys just don't read their fine print?

Okay, I just checked their site, and this is in their FAQ page:

Sounds self-explanatory to me. But they should still put this on the front page or something.

Aah, sounds a bit pointless then to me. I just heard about it from someone, and they gave me the download link.

Well it's possible to block multiple clicks from the same IP somehow?

adlogger can count mouseovers as clicks sometimes and people use it to count clicks, but i think the best reason to use it is to prevent yourself from being click bombed.

The reason I use adlogger is to prevent being click bombed.
But it counts mouseovers, so the best thing to do is to setup it for 8-10 clicks by inique IP

Well see that's the problem. Adlogger's definition of "click bomb" will be entirely wrong because it's wrongly counting clicks. You end up banning IPs from your site because Adlogger has said they've clicked too many times, when they haven't clicked at all. This wouldn't really matter for big sites, but what if you have a small site, and Adlogger goes around banning your already limited traffic?
