    OMG !! Seriously, i believe google differentiate peoples, In India google does not responded to any appeal, They have not reinstated any ANY account since last 6 years.. But i saw many users from USA sending emails and talking with google representatives and even google are hearing and helping them too...

    Google is lenient for local users i believe and strict for other countries specially asians.

    And that's because most of the bad stuff happens from India and other parts of Asia and thus this type of behavior form Google. :p

    Accidental clicks might happen. Unless it happens couple of times, I really don't think that you will get banned from Adsense.
