Completely agree. Of all the 60 affiliate networks we have accounts with, Clickbooth has repeatedly demonstrated the worst customer service by far, with the majority of enquiries never get a response. I am just shocked at how badly Clickbooth treat their publishers. You will see from my previous posts at Digitalpoint that I am not in the habit of saying negative things about affiliate networks, but we have been in affiliate marketing for 13 years and not a single network has ever treated us so badly. Not one. I have been waiting for payment from Clickbooth for one and a half years now. I eventually managed to get through to one guy with a fancy job title at Clickbooth who said he'd reply "asap" and he hasn't done so. When I've emailed to ask what is going on, I did not get a reply. Clickbooth censor their Facebook pages etc. of any feedback which does not hype them up.
Don't know what language the previous post is in, but as many commentators in this thread have stated, Clickbooth have abysmal customer service. They are by far the worst network I have dealt with. Worth investigating what people say about them online - what the reality is, rather than what their PR machine would like people to believe. They have not paid us our affiliate commissions despite us waiting for a year and a half and writing over 40 polite emails. In most cases they simply don't respond - and we have tried writing to several different email addresses. Clickbooth staff like Todd Armstrong and Sara Grubbs are the worst: they don't respond to email after email. Avoid like the plague, so that you don't suffer the way we have.
