You should be able to use them all on the same site. Just don't over do it with to many ads on each page. The more you join the more chance you have of finding the better and higher paid offers, but it will also then become harder to reach the minimum payout for each network that you are with if you are with alot. Are right, I see what you want to do now. You don't want to earn from them, you want to advertise your 5 tier program on them. Have you tried ShareASale, not sure if they allow 5 tier but you could ask them. They are a friendly network and always have done good to everyone as far as I know.
