    Yes they have many zip and email offers

    You can try them

    They pay net 15 for old publishers ..not sure about new publishers

    Clickbooth have excellent reviews

    Pity they are not cpc aka adsense because it would be my birthday to sign up as I am banned from adsense for testing my ads siz times then I stopped but still banned.

    Other people out there doing much bigger click fraud and getting away with it and I have to suffer for six clicks.
