ClickBooth, [Possible] Scams, and the WORST Reputation Management in History

Ok guys. I figured I'd pass along the word before lawyers come after me too.
Lately ClickBooth has been handling it's critics by passing out law suits. They're currently suing Wickedfire Internet Marketing Forums, and have passed out Cease and Desist orders to Blogosis and Can't Get Rich for merely reporting on the events.

    So what was this criticism?
Not Paying Affiliates hundreds of thousands of dollars[allegedly! keep your C&Ds off me].
And also having an employee publically post affiliate statistics and information.
AND suing bloggers who were merely reporting on the incidents, not even leveling new claims.

For more information, including the early parts of the struggle, I encourage you to read about the Epic Reputation Management Failure of ClickBooth

Glad to have some corroboration before I get set in on by the lawyers. I'm trying to get this out there enough that it would be hard to mess with me.
I may get hammered for it, but god willing it will protect a few affiliates.

    There we go!
    Here's an update.
To anyone using these guys, PM me with an offer you're promoting, and I'll do my best to find you an equivalent offer on a different network. If you reached the same conclusion about the [possibly true] allegations.
