    Alot of the networks won't accept you if your promotional methods include "email"
    I suggest you to reapply and not say anything about email promoting. They will probably ask your
    marketing plan/strategy. Say you only use PPV traffic,nothing else.

    You can use email traffic on the offers that accept email traffic as an promotional method. (they have offers available there)
    But if you're in applying proccess,then don't say that you will use email traffic as one of your traffic source.
    Other than that,be completely honest and upfront,don't lie to them & maybe provide some proof of your income to them. (to boost your credibility)
