Everytime I have a question to ClickBank, they respond to this first question within 2 business days. Sometimes I have a follow-up question and replies and never get's an answer. I have done this 3 times. When 3-4 weeks gone by, I don't think they ever gonna reply. On the other hand, If I create a new ticket with the same question they answer it. So how is this ticket system supposed to work? I thought it was meant to be a way to have a good overview on questions and replies, and also that the purpose also was to answer any follow-up question. Besides ClickBank, I have this issue with another company too.
Never had any issues with Clickbank, they've always responded within 2 business days - 3 at most. Al.
You know they have a phone number you can call for affiliate support. They don't publish it on their website, but you can find it pretty quickly using Google.
