As some may know, adsense has a kpi named Effective CPM, which is calculated by dividing total earnings by the number of impressions in thousands. By looking at eCPM, you know how much you will earn if you could scale up the impressions. Similarly, I'd like to have a kpi for clickbank, which may be named click per sale (CPS) or hop per sale (HPS), i.e. how many clicks or hops received or taken before selling a product. Would this indicator be possible to obtain?
that information would not be possible. I have sites that convert every 10 visitors into sales, then others sites where is every 500 visitors.
Have you tried to compare and analysis the differences between the two products, the landing pages and the websites where they put? Would there be another similar concept, quality score from adwords, applied to these different conversion rates as well?
