What a coincidence! I usually get 1 refund per week or 10 days after removing p2p products, I got many instant refunds like that Clickbank, a chimpanzee is smarter than you
Are you claiming that these are not genuine customers? Or that CB is making refunds by mistake? What kind of products are these? Forex? Perhaps all these customers requested refunds over a period of a couple of days but CB decided to process them all at the same time. I know that sometimes their customer services can take 2 days to send the "refund email" out to the customer and process the refund.
From your table we can imagine that your users asked for a refund on May 23 and May 24 (weekend, not business days), and CB processed them on May 25 (Monday), so you got the refunds almost at the same time. From your table we would know another thing is that your sales are so less and your refund rate is so high.
what product you promote? probably it is some forex robot which last week made huge loses and now customers ask for refunds...
You may try selling different products in which the commission is decent and the amount is low so people do not ask for a refund. It may also happen that all the requests processed by CB at the same time. Do not get depressed! You will gain something sure!
oh, are those forex robots really has that many refund? well, I don't see any refund with forex forecasting service yet.
Well I haven't seen a grouping of refunds like that before for the products I promote (which is literally nearly any product except forex). If you are promoting a product such as those forex robots, be prepared for refunds
what do you mean....some products always get refund, I sometimes don't like CB because of their no reason refund policy.
