I just built this site, and it is high quality... The design is unique, the graphics are unique, the content is not...
The site is hosted on a WordPress theme specific for Review type sites.
I don't make shoddy sites, take a look for your self and if you don't think it is worth the $50.00 reserve then don't bid, just move on to another site, but when you look at the site and see how professional it looks you will agree that the asking price of $70.00 is undervalued.

I can build many more, and plan on doing so, but would prefer not to have to go through all the trouble of doing it on Digital Point, if you are interested in review sites, and you like what I have to offer and would like to hire me to build you a few just like http://LoseWeightJunkie.com in different (or the same) niches I would be more than happy to do so.

My goals are simple, I want to quickly build up some revenue to pursue other projects (namely buying sites with value and income, making them into serious eye candy and profits and then selling them for good profit and repeat and rinse). I told you I was a straight shooter, I even told you my true plans, so if you want the site please pay what I am asking via PayPal and I would even be happy to transfer the site to your hosting and set it up for you (just to make things go smoothly and quicker) but if you know what you are doing then by all means you can do it yourself.

Good, I'm glad you cleared that up for everyone! Yes this is a theme, but I have edited a good deal of the CSS to make this design of the theme unique to only this one...
