Selling Clickbank Website with Some Earnings

Up for sale is a small Clickbank website I developed earlier this year. The website is a basic one-page clickbank sales website. The website uses the clickbank affiliate program to offer a weight loss eBook. I don't own this eBook - I only sell it as an affiliate!

Domain is registered with NameSilo and the website is running Wordpress (launched the end of January this year). This site has completely unique content - put together and written by me. Site is currently #1 on page 3 for "bikini model cookbook" which the main affiliate product is called.

Traffic
Traffic is coming in from a mixture of sources. I've promoted the site on social media including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and StumbleUpon (Most referral traffic is from Pinterest)..I've also done backlink building on the site and it does have some SE traffic.. Revenue
The product pays $35-$45 commission and 2 sales have been made since February for a total of $80.42 in earning.

Other Details
As long as the new owner uses cPanel I can transfer the website over for them if they wish. Along with that, the new owner should continue to build links for the site. If you can get it moved up to page 1 for "bikini model cookbook" the sales would most likely take a nice jump upwards!
