I believe that the 2 programs has each pro and cons. I love CJ because I can have beautiful and great banners for my site instead CB just give you a link. But, If you wanna get serious in affiliate program, what is the important things to do is research the market place and the hottest (high demand) product in a certain specific period. CJ and CB has their own specialty products. Thanks

Cj's much better cos they pay you outside paypal, unlike CB. If you're selling stuff, you have a wider affiliate coverage when using CJ.

it's pointless to compare CJ.com to Clickbank - like comparing football to tournament poker.

the question is ... WHAT does your market want to buy - information products or hard lumpy objects?

Clickbank doesn't do tangible products - and for the most part - CJ doesn't do ebooks and software.

So each has it's own purpose and its own value. Comparing them directly could only lead to
    misinformation and misunderstanding of purpose.

    Wishing all the best

Danbcaut is absoulutely right you just can't compare CB and CJ they are two very different entities who supply two different markets types. Primarily digital downloadable (CB) and physical or financial (CJ). Depending on your 'prospects' depends on what you need to offer. Like most things in IM the secret is testing so if you have a website about cars then try selling and ebook like 'run on water' from CB and 'car seat covers' from CJ. Whatever gives you the best ROI is what you go with.

CB has higher comissions, but the ebooks days are over - so look for tools and soluitons - software
CJ ha many more actual products, but I think it lacks the "easy" tools for promoting them - for small affiliates. Datafeeds are ok, if you have resources.. Something easy such as CB ProAds is missing for CJ

Clickbank and cj are not the same affiliate network, you can't compare them,
if you like to promote phisycal product or CPA offer i don't think you'll choose CB, but if you like to promote degital product as ebooks and so on!! CB is the best ;)

You do not have to choose CJ to do in Clickbank, because I have not found the rules that you must chose CJ. You should list and survey the most interesting products to be marketed in cyberspace.

I would say CJ if your looking to promote merchants products and CB if you want to promote software products. If your doing PPC it's best to build CJ datafeed stores using datafeedr or popshops in wordpress. It works great!
