ClickBank troubles again! Can someone help

I ran a recent promotion for 2 leading ClickBank products:

    1. A software to protect privacy online
    2. A software for PSP downloads

The first campaign I ran on a Proxy site

The second on a PSP forum

I purchased 500 clicks for each one. So 1000 ad clicks total.

    0 sales :(

So I'm a bit confused. Did I choose bad products? or bad sites to promote them at? I have never sold anyone elses product on CB through promotion, ever. Only my own. How do people do this??

    Thanks for any guidance

What clicks did you buy? Crap traffic never converts, you could've bought 100k crap traffic and you would've made 0 sales also. Can you be more specific on what you mean by 'bought 500 clicks'.

There are so many ways to promote and get thousands of free visitors to your page per day but it's currentlt 4:35am here so I don't have the urge to type much more but I will help you out tomorrow if you like.

    Thanks slixeh, I appreciate it.

I bought them through an ad service - banner ads. The PSP one was a 728 banner on the forum and the privacy one was a 468 banner.

Damn. I purchased 100k views recently to increase my rankings and I made 0 sales aswell. I didn't buy the traffic to make sales but crap untargeted traffic usually means 0 sales unless you get very lucky.

Also i'd recommend choosing a low, very low gravity product & do some early promotion [keyword research] and watch your ad sit on page 1 of google without paying anything.

Paid traffic doesn't convert, unless it's from PPC.

That's just throwing money away, I've sold traffic before and most of it is crap or very untargeted.
