Okay well judging by the big typo in your clickbank site RIPPED "We write a e-book to solve this all problem. " I doubt you make money with this. Fix the grammar first at least.
I've made lot of money promoting clickbank products and i only seek out the good products with well written sales pages and of course design. Creating a great landing page will also get you some converts. Why not check out http://www.nichejunky.com/ and find yourself some real popular products to promote. Don't get me wrong, there are thousands of crappy clickbank products that do not deserve to be hosted on there webhosts server but there are lot's of CB products that you can get some convert's. If you do not work hard daily, the sales will never come. Hell, there are days or weeks i make zero sales but i never give up and test out new things.
I buy way2destination ebook www.way2destination.com and make 100.000$ . I recommend you buy ebook way2destionation to start make moniez online thank you way2destination for teach me make moniez, now I'm rich!
Promote this product http://www.buymystupidebook.com/ Admit it, this the best sales page ever. It converts well.
Hmm interesting, although gc1282 (random name) does have a point they are obviously not showing it in the right way. However I have to agree with them, from an Internet Marketers point of view a lot of the sales pages for the top 20 products look awful, however as other members mentioned these are the pages that convert. But many don't convert for the likes of us who analyse these pages every single day, but instead for those who have never come across these kind of sites before. Take for example; If one of us reading this was to see a guy selling a product on how to become rich offline and posted a picture of a cheque with lets say...$456,970 most of us would instantly think PHOTOSHOPPPPPPPPEDDD however I bet you many people who don't work online would be like hmm wow, really, then continue reading. Its just playing to the target market thats all, we are obviously not the target market and the ones that do sell stuff like that to IMers I often wonder how and whether the IMers they do sell to will still be doing Internet Marketing in one years time. I too go for quality, and to be honest I think my site looks great; www.themigrainerelief.com Yes, popping my own site in, why the hell not lol like it, now stuff like that will convert well. Where are you selling it, I want to become an affiliate right away and send it to my 1,000,000,000,000 subscriber list. We will make monnieeeezzzz
That's not my site but link get's passed around all the time. At least some people will get a laugh about it. Anyways let's get back on topic. lol
Well there we go WillyBoy. I know there are nice clickbank sites but you have to look hard for them. See your background is white - Always a winner. And you actually have a nice lookin logo and the page isn't so long. I just hate the ugly make a million dollars in one second type sites "1 million dollars in 2 days" was just an exaggeration but I'm sure you know what I mean lol
Is that your site in your signature? I'm using ie8, and that site does not even line up right. There's a banner there forcing the top of the page to appear below the fold.
No not my site but its a new site. Works best with firefox- I've already contacted them about that cuz I know what you're talkin about. But the training program is great. I'm sure they'll fix it
I know what you mean, I have come past those sites too many times, as soon as I see them I generally click right off. People need to see the future of selling digital products and I definitely don't think its with the massive sales pages and overly coloured font. However they do work now, but the future is probably text based sales page accompanied by video and opt in. As well as having several optional sales pages for different segments of the market your targeting, now thats where you will get conversions. By the way, thanks for the compliments. Oh and I had a look at that site in your sig, apart from the box on the left, nice site, clean and fresh.
For all its faults, CB still performs better than most affiliate programs for us. Helps that most of the commissions are around 50-75% of the sale
Wow dude (op), I'm usually quite sensitive to people and helpful where I can be, but you're like a brick wall in a thread full of truths from experienced veterans. If you've been around for at least a minute you'd know and understand the sales sequence a hell of a lot more than you do - you're dissing sites based on nothing more than first impression from a newbie marketers eyes. You have no relevance as a consumer nor do you suffer from something that demands a solution that is provided online. If you did, you'd not only appreciate the long sales pitch, but you'd understand the importance of the sequence not only the length. Stay a little more open minded, I'll add that you have no idea how much damage you may have already done to your rep throwing your weight around and puffing out your chest to the more experienced and senior affiliates/publishers. No matter how big or smart you think you might be, there's always someone bigger/better/faster/holds their cards closer to their chests. Instead of coming in ranting and getting defensive/offensive when someone schools you a bit, take on a more inquisitive approach, you DON'T know best mate, many have been here for years, and are six/seven figure earners, and no most don't get there with one or two campaigns to CB products alone. Good luck with your seven figure biz model, spend some time understanding the sales letter approach vs. short impulse sales, you'll see a big difference in both use, life cycle of your campaigns, and perhaps even implement a greased slide read of your own into your next campaign. The sad truth is the ugly sites are the ones that hit all the right buttons with the majority of the buyers. Ugly sites (or sites that are designed to hit every button with their buying demographic), will convert more often than sites where it is all about how it looks. A picture may be worth 1000 words, but 1000 words on a sales page keeps the buyer reading longer and moving further along the sales funnel. The ugly sites can appear more honest to the general buying public as opposed to professionally designed sites... but it does depend on the message on the page. A great looking site without the right message will only keep a readers interest for a short amount of time... the ugly site concentrates on keeping the visitor on the site by reading and scrolling. This helps convince them that they have found the ideal solution for their problem.
The truth is, people rarely read all of the page. Most people are looking for a solution. And they'll scan the sales page to see if their solution is there somewhere. If your page is short and sweet, it doesn't matter how great it looks, if the solution is not there, then you've just lost a sale. A good sales page makes sure that every single solution that the product provides is covered. The long pages also work out well for the search engines. Again your page may be the best looking page on the planet, but that's not going to help google place it for the keywords you need.
lol @ I'm puffing out my chest and ruining my rep. One of my arguments is that Clickbank websites - MOST of them... NOT all; are BS and I loathe the unscrupulous, dishonest marketers who promote these get rich quick programs. The program I'm promoting in my signature link at least is real affiliate training from real people from a real company. To find a decent CB product to publicize you have to look real hard. Cuz BOY are those CB websites UUuGLY, NASTY and cheap looking
