What do you mean by "sub affiliate"? Two tier or promoting Clickbank itself as an affiliate network?

I don't seem to understand what you are asking on this thread.

    I mean as follows:
I register on clickbank(as an affiliate) and start promoting their products.
Then a friend of mine register through my link also as an affiliate, and start also promoting products, and I earn a % of what he earns. That's a two tier program.

That's I would like to know - is there any two tier program or not?

It is for the vendors or product owners that you refer clickbank pays not affiliate referrals. The person you refer need to have a product and when he sells that product, you will be paid a percentage of what he gets for only a year. If you got the chance of someone having a very desirable product, you can make thousands without doing anything. HERE you will get it on clickbank help section.

Here don't have any two-tier programs for affiliates.I also joined some of my friends but directly through clickbank.com .If there would be anything like this. It is good for newbies why coz we can act as mentors & we can teach them. But here there is no such thing.

You can refer people to join and if they ever pay to activate a product you get some small percentage.

Basically, don't bother with it because the commissions are so low. Norb confirmed this because in an older thread he says that he has referred tons of new vendors and makes hardly anything for it.

As for 2 tier affiliate program, there is none.

I've recruited x,xxx people into CB, as affs and vendors, haven't seen a dime from them for it, and if I have it was so small that I still haven't noticed when/where.

    It's here > https://www.clickbank.com/referral_program.html

But don't waste your time, not worth it.
