I have two questions. The first is, say I'm the publisher of a product an I sell it for 100$, and I pay 50% commission. I keep 50$ and the advertiser keeps 50$. What happens in the case of a refund, do I have to pay the full 100$ back? Or does 50$ get deducted from my account and 50$ gets deducted from the advertisers account who sold the product. Also is there a limit on how much commission i can give, say 90% or 95%?

Your % gets deducted from your account and the affiliate's % gets deducted from his/her account...

75% is the most you can give.

You only refund what you got from sale.

Answer 1: 50$ will be deducted from your account and the other 50$ will be from your affiliate.
Answer 2: Maximum affiliate commission is 75% of the product price.
