Clickbank Refund Policy Should Be 2 Weeks Instead of 2 Months

    I had a guy get his 100% refund back on the 58th day before the 2 month policy was over. It was so frustrating because the commission was over $100!! Has this happen to anyone else?

    That would be nice but I think it will go down as "wishful thinking"...

    I haven't tracked it down to the day like that but I've seen people get refunds for products like eBooks. You know the game. Download it and get a refund; but right up to the 58th day... That's just NASTY.. LOL

    that is way too weird , if you ask me.
    Anyways, CB needs to protect the seller AS WELL AS THE BUYER.
    That's why so much cash exchange takes place over there.
    It however boils down to people's integrity.Refunding an ebook 58 days after is way too cruel.

    I have people do this to me on subscription products, so they get multiple months free after getting all the transactions reversed. But if they didn't allow this amount of time for refunds, it would increase the occurrence of chargebacks, which they are desperate to avoid.
