I do understand that inorder to create an item to promote at clickbank, you will need to be a copywriter, graphics designer for the website and paypal. But how exactly do you need to create an ebook after you have completed an article? what kind of software do you need to create the ebook cover? how to create a website to promote your ebook with what software?

Now, I don't know what you mean when you say: An article? Well not exactly sure but i guess what you want is to convert your text to PDF, right? in that case use something called PrimoPDF and that's it.

Well, I don't see why you shoot him. Is always better to be the vendor than the affiliate in Clickbank. At least if you don't like their traking, you move to other network or just use paypal. Honestly, I sart to get tired of clickbank hic-ups. And I have the same thing in mind, do your own products.
