    Congratulations upnya!!!

This will be useful for publishers and affiliates alike. I will promote it as soon as your final version is complete.

Do you have any inclination to what the price and commission cut would be?

"2. Remove the ability to use your product when someone asks for a refund"

    This is impossible

Why would it be impossible??? It is very possible...people do it all the time!
The only downfall is that the user is generally required to have an active internet connection to view the product.

If the product is on the website(not an ebook), do you think that blocking the IP of the user who returned the product will stop them using it?

Or if it's a ebook, how you are going to disable the downloaded copy of the ebook, which is on another computer?

He has already mentioned that this is for PC only...which to me, means that it will be delivered as an exe file.
So...even if it is an ebook, it will be wrapped inside an EXE.

-When someone buys the product...your site adds an entry to a database with the receipt number. That same number is encoded in the EXE they download.
-Whenever someone launch the EXE, it connects to an online database that checks the receipt number (or something like that) to see if it is valid.
-IF the user gets a refund, you remove their info from your database and it no longer works.

Like I said...the drawbacks will be that it is PC only...and that to use the product, the end user will be required to have an active internet connection.

but if someone buys it and doesn't get a refund but still pirates it how can it stop it?
and btw I hate exe ebooks they seem so cheap and potentially harmful =)

I am quite tech savvy, but do not see how you can implement this... It would be interesting to see the product in action :) Good luck.
