Feel free to check out my free keyword tool (see signature). It allows you to input root keywords and then pulls its data from wordtracker. You can then take all of the keywords and analyze the competition in google, yahoo, and msn. When I have a product that I want to promote, I usually use the google adwords sandbox tool to generate related words. I then run each of them through my tool to get the broadest possible view of the market. Then I swoop in and find the good keywords Matt
Hi, Like Matt I have had to resort to my own keyword analyser taht integrates to word tracker. I have found that keyword volume is not enough, you also need to know how tough its going to be to rank for that keyword phrase and whether or not you can monetize that keyword. I learned early on that some keywords were easy to rank for but no one was making any money off them ( no adwords ). Anyway my keyword analyser gives you all that information including page rank, so you really get to see whether its worth using that keyword or trying for another. for details visit http://www.VisualClickBankDominator.com
keyword search and bum marketing method and make a lot's of article a day... very hard work and make sense to get sales from it... keep it up searching...
I wrote 2 in-depths tutorials link found on signature about keyword research, should find some nice information there.. As far as article marketing and how keyword research applies, over the last 2 months I have learned a few things that might help. 1. Put your keywords first in the title. Put words and phrases like how-to's for the end of the title. Stack your keywords in the front of the title, this helps get the vistors attention, when it gets bolded in the search engine results. Plus Try for 2 keywords in the title. 2. Long articles 500+ aren't necessarily better. Think of the article like a landing page, and you will start writing differently. The whole idea of the article is to wet their whistle for more information and get them the hell off that page, and click on your link. Start writing 300 word articles with more effective resources boxes. 3. Write better resource boxes. The EA rules state you can't sell, promote etc, in the body but you can in the resource box. So use this to your advantage. By starting to write smaller articles 300 word articles and merging the article with your resource box, you'll start getting CTR of 50-70%. Having a seamless blend into your resource box that looks and feels like your article body now allows you to have a strong call to action. I like making my resource boxs about 3 small paragraphs. These 3 things I think really go a long way to writing grand slam articles. It's quality not quantity here, 1 great article can bring more sales then 50 crappy ones, so why spend the time writing crap, after 2 weeks you'll drop off the EA rss feeds and your traffic will all but disappear. Write grand slam articles and you'll score better with SEO and your traffic will last longer.
