Both - and its not like i had a decline in traffic - the traffic has done nothing but gone up - thats why i'm somewhat worried - however could just be a bad conversion day

It took me about 6 months to get to that - although it cost me a lot of money. Honestly i don't do anything special (imho) to make the sales. i think my personal keys to success include:

    1) Research your competitors, see how their landing pages look, how they work, are they advertising ppc on search or on content or both?

    2) If you suck at designing a landing page then outsource it, spend $50 for a nice looking design

    3) Build a massive keyword list, as many relevant as you can, tightly group relevant keywords for adwords adgroups.

    4) Split test your ads, keep a high CTR

    5) Make sure before you even consider launching your site you have tracking code setup - if you do'nt track you will most likely fail.

    6) Plan to lose money before you make money, you will first lose money when you are determining which keywords convert.

    7) Don't base results or decisions on 100 hops, base it on 500 to 1000 hops
