I'm new here, this is my second post and I want to contribute something I do for my PPC campaigns in order to get targeted traffic. First and foremost, I create a list of possible keywords from a marketers perspective(as I am not the buying demographic). I pick what I believe will work and is targeted enough. Then, I'll pay my brother, my mom, and/or a friend like $20 to look for certain information. I wont give them my keywords, but I'll tell them what to look for and I'll monitor their history(evil i know ) I'll do small split tests with my keywords and theirs, usually they win out. Sounds so easy that it shouldn't work, but it's seriously the only way I've found success. I'm definitely not $100+ a day clickbank marketer, but I do come close. I do 0 out on some days, but my PPC is usually low on these days. I've cracked a thousand a couple of times, I just need to promote more products. Some niches are hard to crack on clickbank. Anyways, would love to hear what you guys do... I'm not asking for what you're promoting, or anything like that, just tips that you guys use. Take care all. I'll be on here on the regular.
I've thought about doing this before. Using other people's minds and the way they think to discover keywords that other people may also think about. Sounds good that it works. Thanks.
Anytime. Really liking these forums, lots of good info, can't wait til tomorrow... sure some of you guys have sneakier tips. I'm always cooking up something... figured if I fail a million times but make a million dollars it won't matter . Goodnight all... hopefully my swine flu is gone by tomorrow. I'll have a lot more to contribute. Take care all.
Its a nice idea but it will not work every time for sure. Think like this, if you pay your bro to find information on tinnitus, then probably he will type "learn about tinnitus", "what is tinnitus" and blah blah but the buying keyword is not here, it is in the head of tinnitus sufferers and it can be any thing like "why my ears are ringing" or "how to over come ringing ear problem". Here the difference is, your bro is not a tinnitus sufferer and he don't know how it feels when this problem started. We can apply this to other niches also.. My advice will be don't invest lot of money into this, rather than use your own brain and pay for some premium keyword research services.
