Clickbank plugin ID hijacking?

    Hi guys,

    Lately I downloaded a wordpress clickbank plugin called Wordbank (http://www.wordbankads.com). Unlike other clickbank rotator plugins I've used, when I checked the affiliate ID when I click on the affiliate links, my id was

    [affiliate=xxx.abc123]

    instead of

    [affiliate=xxx]

    where 'xxx' is my affiliate ID.

    There is an extra '.abc123' appended. I wonder if this a kind of ID hijacking?

    abc123 is your tracking ID. There is no hijacking in this case. Don't worry.

    as long as you saw affiliate=xxx <- your id , then it's safe.
