So it says: Period Ending: 2008-06-16 But I click it for details and they included refunds from 2008-06-23 and 2008-06-20; is this normal or should I contact them? Those who refunded the product didn't purchase it during that time period either, it was purchased during the 2008-07-01 pay period. Thanks guys, - Josh EDIT: Nevermind, apparently it's "debit backdating".
Refunds are backdated 8 days so any refunds up to 23rd would be reflected in the previous pay period... That's normal. However... when I logged into my a/c today, I noticed that the check amount was in green, but the Allowance figure from 3 pay periods ago had been crossed off That's not supposed to happen as the allowance is released only after 6 pay periods, and this amount has been crossed off after just 3 pay periods. Looks like (and hope this is) a bug of some kind -- but is anyone else too having this problem too with the Allowance figure? A little concerned about this. Never seen it happen before.
I noticed that too. I saw my first $55 that was held on my first check. It was crossed out. It wasn't put on a new check or anything, so I assumed it became obsolete to make up a refund.
For whatever reason, they have been crossing out the "allowances" one pay period before they are actually released! Don't know why, but it's happened to me a few weeks now. You'll get the one that just got crossed out on the next weeks release, if that makes sense.
Clickbank never makes sense with all the reversals and money they somehow have the power to take back (even after the lock dates)... it's very frustrating!
Okay, after reviewing. The crossed out the allowance on my check that was sent out three pay periods ago. My refunds that I experienced were deducted off another check, so I'm not sure what is going on.
