CLICKBANK on hold?

    Hi there clickbank users!
I've been getting about 70-100$/day with clickbank now for some time.
That's all from one source. A popular website link.
I receive traffic about 1000-1200/"hops" every day.
I don't use ppc at the moment.

The strange thing is, yesterday I sold nothing.
It's very odd, I got the same ammount of traffic as usual, from the exact same recourse and nothing different in the location of the traffic.
I sold nothing though. Usually I sell about 5-10 of the product I promote per day.
But it never goes under 5. How come I didn't sell anything yesterday, My question is, did anyone else experience no sales yesterday?
Was this a click bank error, or a very unlikely event?
    Thanks

I experience stuff like that all the time. I get lots of hops (for me anyway) and sell nothing. Ask clickbank see what they say.

OK No Sales is bad, but when you have the same hoplink on the same website with the same visitors, the sales do go down :)

maybe everybody has already bought that survey ebook or whatever :), but again, no sales is drastic...

But I would find more places to place the link.

I get what you are saying, the page gets over 200 000 views every day, so the customers shouldn't stop yet.
I've been getting very steady sells now for about 20days.
    Thanks for the help!

I have some links that have made over $300 some days, and $0 the next. Bound to happen from time to time. Should go back up today :)

I sure hope it does :D It's been stressing me out all day.
No sales yet :S This is really strange.
How do we ever know if clickbank steals every 100th sale from us?
They don't guarantee any accurate affiliate hops. They just state that their system is accurate.
I don't really think they would, but who knows?
    Large profits for them.

It's not surprising buddy. There are times when there is a delay in payment showing up. Hopefully this is the case. If not, it is just a day of zero sales. I know how bad that feels!

Clickbank sales have always been weird like that for me as well. Try averaging 12 -15 sales per hour for several days in a row, then have it abruptly stop for over 24hrs. Some times I think it may be a google thing as well though. I think that they serve up junk traffic some times as well.

clickbank reported problems oct 2nd for a few hours, and I have a customer saying clickbank is denying him from checking out today.

I had sales today in the weee hours of the morning, but it,s been dry for hours since.

don't know if his problem is an isolated event or not. will find out when the late afternoon sales stampede rolls in

Still no sales. It's been over 35 hours. On average I should have sold atleast 10 of my highest promoted products.
I'm thinking of buying one myself and see if I get commission on that.

News: I just decided to buy a product I promote through my own aff.link
I logged in a few seconds later and I had received commission on it.
I did use a paypal account with the same name I am registered on clickbank with, but I used a different IP-address when buying.
Maybe I was just paranoid, I get this weird feeling when sometimes clickbank stands still for a period of time and then it continues as normal.
It's crazy that I haven't sold a single one in the last 48 hours.

    This is madness!
Only two minutes after I purchased my own product I get my first sale in nearly 48hours!
    Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
    What's the chance of that!?
Anybody with good math skills want to count that out for us?
2880 Minutes without sale, on the 2878th minute I buy, on the 2880th minute I sell. The probability is pretty damn low, taking into account that I had not seen sales in 48hours.

    Intermittent Credit Card Processing Outage

    2007-10-02

On 2007-10-02 from 8:40 a.m. PST to 9:23 a.m. PST ClickBank experienced an intermittent outage of our payment processor rendering us unable to consistently process credit card orders. Hoplinks and other order types were not affected. The issue is now resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may have caused.

Quite interesting. Can't help but agree a lil', past few days sales and aff's have been low... yet only for certain campaigns. While there are soooo many variables to take into account, Huuta you do have quite a peculiar case. Please keep us updated.

I don't mean to sound alarming but i had no sales since monday. I'm promoting a product using ppc. On the third day i did two sales after just few hops. After my first two sales I refined my keywords even further and increased the traffic by double but no sales. I have good 130+ hops with strong targeted keywords but no sales. The product has little to no competition and is very targeted. I can see the hops but no sales. Im sure someone must have purchased or tried to purchase the product through my hop?

VISA sale just came in.. Credit cards are working too.

I had awesome sale days monday, tues, and wednesday. Today sratted good in the wee morning hours than got dry all day with the report of a sale being denied. But a sale just rolled in. I'm going to email the guy who said he couldn't purchase, and see if he can now.

Theres been a misunderstanding, I'man affiliate only.
The product I've been promoting has received steady sales for over 20 days, not a single day under 5 sales. An average of 8/day.
Yesterday I received traffic as normal but not one sale, today the same.
I was so frustrated so I wanted yo check that their system was working.
I ordered the product witch I promote at the largest scale through my own aff.link.
It appeared on my commission report on clickbank.
2 minutes later I sell a product, breaking a nearly 48hour long "nosale" Instantly when I buy my own I sell another.
It all could obviously be coincidence, but the odds are very very slim.
First no sales at all, then a sell instantly. Like I "activated the system".
I will post back tomorrow and see if I have sold more and the "nosale" period is over.

Anyways, I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing slow or dead sales on clickbank the last few days. As I mentioned before, they had some problems 10-02-2007 with the credit-card processing.
