Clickbank not tracking sales.

I think clickbank's tracking system is down. I saw some posts about clicks not being tracked but I feel they are not tracking sales either. 3 Days now and haven't made a single sale with more than 3000 clicks.

Mine froze today. Maybe their system is down. But if this is the case than they should at least send out an email so that some of us can pause our pay per click campaigns.

Same here. Really hard to track PPC campaigns when we dont know what we're selling, or how many hops we're getting.

I did have a sale come thru yesterday, but it still said zero hops. Something is WAY messed up.

But I don't think sending an emergency e-mail out informing affiliates and publishers regarding tracking issues would be much of a problem.

How many sales do you make on average from 3000 clicks?

hmmm my analytics is wrong for a couple of days but my main page is still tracking sales correctly. Certainly I haven't seen a down turn. It's making my reporting more difficult though and I'm surprised they haven't made an announcement

It varies. Mostly I do get atleast 1 sale a day unless it's one of those really bad days. But sometimes it goes beyond 3 sales per day. But from 3000 click on an average I would say atleast 4-6 sales.

Now it's 3 days with no sales at all. My clicks are being wasted.

I just spent close to $60 on clicks and saw no sales.....arrgh!

But I really hate to pin this on CB until we hear anything from them, right now I just treat it as having a bad day...... :(

I am absolutely convinced now that this downtime is in fact eating up my sales. More than 5000 clicks for nothing at all. And this is decent quality traffic.

Sorry t hear Ryan. I have made my first 3 sales in 3 days. (normally averaging 10 sales/day). All organic traffic.

Same here, have received 4 sales since yesterday. It's tracking sales just fine, just not tracking any other stats. So the important part (sales) is still working.

No email from CB so time for a panic attack

Yeah, for the last couple of days, my stats have been much for the most part non-existant. Just for a safety measure, I am pulling my adcenter campaigns temporarily and working on other affiliate campaigns outside of clickbank, just for safety's sake.
