Hi, I was sent a check in February however, it was misrouted to Indonesia instead of India. I did not receive the check for quite a long time so I had to write to them to stop the check and reissue a new one. After a long time the check was delivered to my address. I have written to them several times but I am not getting any response. Is this normal? Let me know. Thanks
They seem very slow to ever respond. If your getting check to right place and it clears i would be happy. If you can not cash the check i would be mad. I would keep trying by email but i have not had good luck getting email back from them when i need something.
Generally CB takes long time in attending the requests made for checks. It cross checks at all possible levels.
