    Clickbank marketing with banners.

I'm using a linkscout banner rotator and running it on my article-gems.com article directory - meaning I get a lot of page views for the banners - and some clicks - but no sales - I wonder if there was a problem with the linkscout rotator and if so can anyone suggest another banner rotator?

    example of some stats -

    richjerk - 637 views 12 clicks
    Affl. xbox - 644 views 7 clicks
    k/word elite - 657 views 5 clicks
    spam bully - 630 views 8 clicks
    day traders - 611 views 19 clicks
    trading - 642 views 13 clicks
    fat loss - 452 views 7 clicks
    reverse phone - 470 views 2 clicks
    satelite tv - 453 views 5 clicks
    dog training - 619 views 4 clicks
burn the fat - 628 views 3 clicks

85 clicks - but no sales - is this strange?

    Advice appreciated.

I don't want repeat visitors getting bored by just seeing one banners

85 clicks is not enough to make a sale, especially when it's all organic traffic.

If you don't want to repeat banners, then put specific banners on different pages. So each page has got it's own banner

The ideal would be to link each banner to a particular category - its a general category article directory with 45,000 articles - so I'd love when someone brings up a weight loss article - a burn the fat banner comes up

if they look at the category pets - pet training
trading and futures category - day trading secrets - etc. You get the idea.

I don't want to run a clickbank ads that look like google ads - because the moment I tried that the Google search engine spit the dummy and the site stopped receiving google search engine traffic, its only just starting to recover now - thankfully yahoo search engine hits have hugely increased making up for the short fall.

I haven't seen any software/program that puts up a banner relevant to the content presented - much like google adwords does - I think it could be a good idea.
