Pete, wow great job on this. I just started reading this yesterday and it is very inspiring.

First I would say in a product I would want something affordable. Online there are many sites where you can receive Internet Marketing training. But, I don't think it is always affordable for everyone.

As for content, what matters most to me is to learn everything required to generate a monthly income online. All the way from the beginning. Selecting a product, research, testing, putting together the plan, etc...

Something very similar to what you have done in this thread. The thing I love about this thread is you are 'showing' rather than 'telling.' It's great to learn about Internet Marketing by seeing it in action. An eBook or paid site subscription wouldn't be bad.

@KsNitro I totally understand what you are saying. Obviously I understand that you want to know what products to promote that is making me money but that is not the way to go about it. What makes me money might not make you money. I have been thinking about the paid subscription site. I would love to mentor a few people but It would have to be the right sort of person that would put in the work in order for it to be successful for them.

I don't know how you did the trends successfully but when I find the niche with not a lot of competition, google takes too long to index it. So by the time my page is indexed the competition has raised a lot.

Any suggestions.

Just to clarify I am following all the steps on the guide which includes social bookmarking and ping.

How to do go about finding products on Plimus, I noticed their marketplace is not very good and hardly has any information to tell you how good the product converts?? Is there any tools out there that can help me??

Are you using a stat tracking program like statcounter or something similar if you are can you tell me if you are getting any hits to the blog at all or are you getting completely. maybe there is something you are missing. Blogger blogs should get picked up more or less right away. If you can email me one of your blogs too I will have a look.

i just read the post about asking us what WE want.

And, from my poont of view the Ebook should be something which takes us through each and every single step.

For example, it should explain the start (with 6 domains) where you directed them.

The Artcles, and where you linked them up, and how you use backlinks, social networking etc....

Myself and many others (in my opinion) would be more than happy to purchase it for $100.

As long as it explains each step of the way with screenshots (prefreabbly) and, which products to choose(including plimus) im sure you'll sell hundreds, possibly thousands.

Does your landing page rank good in google ?
What is the percentage of your organic visitors that come directly from search engines ?
Other than articles , what are your traffic sources ? ( precentages or ranked from the best to the worst )

 

@AzOnlineMarketing Thanks for your input That is what I was thinking of. The only trouble is what worked for me might not work for you because of increased competition. I can obviously guide you in the right direction and show you what products I used but at the end of the day you have to put in the same amount of work that I have to achieve similar goals. Above the screenshots I am also currently working on a video tutorial tha twill take you through everything as well as an ebook too.

@aladinhw My landing pages rank very well in google mainly because of the article marketing and the social bookmarking. I would say about 20% comes from organic search engines the rest comes from the articles.

Hey Pete I must say well done on your efforts,I've been following your thread more closely and have learnt alot, its good to know that people are being awarded for their efforts, I was wondering how you find your products? do you use any tools? I have browsed their marketplace and found it useless, theres hardly any info on the products to tell me it would be attradctive to promote!

How many articles total, views and URL clicks

How many total squidoo pages?

How many total hub pages?

 

@sp33dr4ge I will be posting these stats very soon for you all to see. I can telly you one thing though. Squidoo is cracking down heavily on affiliate lenses I have had a number of mine locked out. You now have to be careful the way you promote squidoo lenses. I have changed and I am getting slightly better results but will have to wait and see.
