Clickbank Journal 10 Months $60,000 All Free Traffic

Hi Guys

Thanks for all the positive comments. I try to make everything as clear as possible. There is still a couple of you struggling with the trends product. I am currently testing more trends methods. I am getting good response from a few of them but I need to refine the monetary aspect before I release anything else.

@content_provider I tested a few methods in this way and I found that 1 300 word post per blog is enough. If you start trying to make 4-5 posts per blog it takes too long to get the blog out there. The whole point is to get everything done as quick as possible before the blog dies.

I will post results of my tests for the other trends methods as soon as they are conclusive.

I have tried a few trends I have had much luck with it, but I was using short articles 400-600 words on the blogs. I will try increase the words as I have read now. I am also having problems choosing the correct trends and sometimes I don't even get one view. The best 2 blogs got 1,800 and 800 views and about $2Us earnings but they dead now. So you have any idea what I am doing wrong? Whats the best way to choose the trend?

@Thedoper the best way to choose a trend is one that you can write about quickly and one that you think people will want more information on after they have read your blog hence they will then click on the adsense ads. Getting 1800 views is great but you should have made a lot more than $2 US how many clicks did you get on your adsense ads? You must have been getting a small amount per click. You can check if you log into blogger go to that blog and click the monetize button that should give you the views and clicks and costs.

Hey Pete how's it going?

I'd like to get your thoughts on what I did. I first read your google trends technique when you first posted it, so I was creating a blog for every trend but I did find that it was taking precious time from getting it out there so I created a blog with wordpress related to news, I posted the trends there and I don't know if I was lucky or what but it took off immediately specially with the Jon and Kate Gosselin show, so it went up and stayed there for a couple of weeks with different trends, I was getting in average 1200 viewers daily but now it's steadily coming down in terms of viewers so I don't know if I was just lucky or what, so my question is what would be the difference between having a blog and having all the trends there vice creating an individual blog for every trend, is it the URL being the trend itself?

Yes in fact I received the first check from Google worth worth about $115. I also had infolinks and chitika on it and that was $41. This was from June 23rd to July 15 because that is when I received most of the traffic.

 

well the clicks were very bad 800 views one click I think I must just practice more. is there Any way to increase the ctr? Does changing the meta help?

May be mods should reward you with free adsense advertising on this thread so you can add some additional money in your kitty. Hey can someone answer this for me? I've found a trend just now which reflects one of the products I'm promoting on Clickbank, does blogger allow links back to my site in my blogs if I also have adsense on them, or do they view that as being a detractor from the adsense ads so they frown upon it?

I suppose I could just write an article on that trend and put it on my website, as well.


BTW! I did my first trend a week ago on an ongoing hot trend but accidentally submitted twice with onlywire to all of those sites...I haven't seen anything but a handful of visits even to the blog, is it because I accidentally double submitted and they maybe just punished me for doing that so I'm not getting any traffic?

Also, which marketing method is working best for you? Article,PPC,SEO, or something else?

 

Talkmeow -- Any marketing method you've mention should work it just differs for every niche. It requires a lot of testing and never give up if you happen to fail on any of your campaigns.

 

You are so right on Plimus. Where is the "Marketplace?" You can't even evaluate the marketplace without registering first! It has a poor interface and is just not intuitive. I don't think you can beat Clickbank or CJ. I am looking at Esellerate as well. Though it was HARD to find the affiliate area! They do have a tone of useful software for sale.

are you talking about the google trends articles or the bum marketing ones?

if you're talking about the trends one... the trend died. If it will come again you'll get more visitors.... if not, no! Keep the blog, don't delete it! you never know.

as for bum marketing... if the searches per month / results ratio is good and you still don't get traffic... do more link building! add another squidoo behind your article. do more digg / propeller..... etc

@Patchkaa Plimus Pay you on the 16th of every month. I am due another payment on Sunday. So far had no problems with payment they have always paid on time and have never disputed anything

Just a quick update. Yesterday was the best day I have had in a long time. Plimus had 14 sales totalling $403.12 and clickbank had 4 sales totalling $133.32 Things seem to be ticking along nicely with both of these, I am busy testing another product on clickbank and plimus and also I am still working on my updated trends strategy which I will update once tested fully.
