Hi, I was just wondering. When i look at my clickbank hops everyday its pritty low, like 10 to 15 hops. But then when i look at it the next day, the day previous isnt 10 to 15 hops its says its more something like 20 to 40 hops. So why does it change? I usually check clickbank late at night. So is this a clickbank error or what?
I believe the clickbank tracking in the stats isn't real time. I've never known that the stats in the analytics are made the same day.
Clickbank opperates on PT which is -8 so if you're in europe, a new clickbank day is created at around noon. Also, graph is not real time, if you look at the left part of the screen it says when it was last updated.
Someone gave me this advice when I first started with my first ebook. "It is not good to get too excited or too down" by the day to day changes you see. Numbers of hops, numbers of sales, everyday is different. I think of it as organized chaos. I do pay attention to the overall numbers over a period of time, a week or a month, when I test different things. We'll never know why one day the number of hops are one number and the next day more or less. All that matters is to keep going and stay the course.
