Clickbank claim that they have sent me 3 checks. I have never seen these checks. 1-2 months ago I sent them my bank details for a wire transfer. They where supposed to send my money then. After 1-2 weeks I contacted them and asked why they did not send my money after I gave my bank details. They told me that they forgot to send me the money. They promised me to send the money at the end of April. In the beginning of May I contacted them again and asked why they did not send the money. AGAIN I got som BS answer saying that they forgot it or something. NOW I am supposed to get my money at the end of MAY. I have been waiting 6 months for my money. I have emailed them and called them about 7-8 times now. WHY ARE THEY LIKE THIS? Have this happened to you? Should I take legal action or just wait for the money?
I don't know. They are telling me that they forgot to send the money via wire transfer. Before that they claim that they have sent me 3 checks - But I never got them- Could be BS from their side. I will get back next week. They we will see if I got the money or not this time.
Haven't heard of this before.. I always get my checks on time but still there are some issues lately.. "It takes up to two weeks for my threshold balance to be updates or even more .. last time my threshold wasn't updating for the past three weeks or so.. therefore checks are being delayed. Haven't emailed them yet but I will if this continues.. That is the worst excuse I've ever heard I mean how can you forget to pay the affiliates? Don't worry you'll get your money
It takes time to get paid from CB. I know one guy here took 7 months to get paid after sending CB 30+ emails. CB said this guy used fake card to promote, but in fact he doesnt. At last he said he would take legal measures to solve this matter, then CB paid him.
This happened to me as well. It's probably something to do with your local mail service. They were sending me checks fine then I moved and it stopped. I had them switch to direct deposit and they sent the funds the next payout date after they sent my like 3 checks that did make it and after i had to pay like $60 for canceled checks. Been getting paid like clockwork since then. Instead of sending them emails, talk to someone in accounting directly on the phone. That's what i did. Can you post the official correspondence? Most of the time companies dont just send out an "I forgot" its usually "We didnt send out a check due to issue x" Not calling you a liar or anything, but from what I have seen from clickbank they arent idiots. They are fairly professional, and most likely there is something a bit deeper than "We forgot" in your correspondence with them.
I have never had any problems with CB in terms of getting my checks. They are usually pretty prompt in responding back to me when I have problems and I doubt they would screw over a client (considering this a reputation based business). I would ask the person you have been in contact with if there is somebody else you should be talking to.
Yes I have talked directly with accounting. It was a girl. 3 times now. I'm from sweden. It's a 4 digit amount that they owe me.
ClickBank's not already screwing us over? I think doing a whole site design revamp yet neglecting to improve their tracking systems counts as "screwing us over" .
Hi, I cannot believe this. PERIOD I have been an affiliate for over 4 years and stopped promoting last year. Even then I got my checks from CB as and when they were due. Missing checks tell me only one thing , mail services in your home country being screwed. CB have pretty solid system in place , they would not have said "FORGOT" thing it might be something else. Neverthless, you will get your money for sure. They are best when it comes to payments. Thanks
hey ... i have to say i agree with amitfan, i've never had a single problem with cbank, have always been on time for me for almost a year now ... and from what i can tell their system is highly automated in regards to sending checks, i don't think it even touches a person, so that does make it highly likely that they did get lost in the post somewhere ... i'm not saying any system is perfect, mistakes do happen and i hope you get it sorted soon, but for everyone else thinking that one individual case means the sky is going to fall in - it doesn't!
