hey everyone, Either you're a starting affiliate or a top affiliate in clickbank making thousands a month for the love of god let me know if you're having severe errors in your stats for the last 4 - 5 days. They're not reporting some couple hundreds of daily hops that I am sending through various PPC campaigns and they don't seem to be updating the stats either. When I normally get hundreds of hops daily I can only see 20 daily for the past days and the funny thing is that I have over 100 order form impressions with 20 hops. What the heck is that? I will email them tomorrow as this is a serious issue that might be shaving hundreds in commissions daily. Just wanted to know if anyone is going through a similar situation... Al.
Yeah I notice that the last couple of days. Usually, when I see messed stats I know that I want make money.
My sales look normal, but hops are definitely lower and there is definitely a problem with the reporting of hops, although as I said, for me it doesn't look like revenue is affected.
Same here. I simply don't trust the new analytics page anymore. I stick with the old analytics page - which matches what I see in my Google analytics tool and Prosper202, too. What's worse is I noticed a message on the old page saying Clickbank wants to decommission the old analytics page. I hope they wait until the new analytics work well on a consistent basis. I'd hate to be locked out of my old but consistently accurate Clickbank analytics.
they've been having all sorts of problems. https://yourid.accounts.clickbank.com/account/systemLog.htm
Thanks guys it seems as many of you here are having the same issues with the new analytics on clickbank. The old analytics seems to be working properly and it's recording all hops/sales. Al.
Hey, Was talking about the hops count not the sales, either way I think both are being affected from time to time. I am running some PPC campaigns and it's so annoying to have the stats always delayed when I need to test so many things in a particular campaign. Al.
Hey just noticed this one on old analytics page "Due to the release of our new analytics tools, we will deactivate this original analytics page on Nov 16th" Why the hell they are deactivating old analytics if the new analytics is always showing wrong data?
I agree with this - in fact I prefer the old analytics anyway, far easier to see what is going on. Sure the new analytics has all the bells and whistles, and you can look up a ton of details, but I like the old ones. Chris
