Clickbank is costing us money!

    For 2 hours now I've tried to purchase new domain hosting with a clickbank publisher, but keeps getting the same message: We cannot process your payment at this stage (4).
    At the same time my adwords campaign is running, costing me alot of money! They have a problem, and WE have to pay!
