I recenly had a site that I tried to submit to Clickbank denied. They said they no longer were approving PC TV sites. I then was looking around and found a site ran by Platinum Partner. http://www.platinumpartner.com http://www.theaffiliatenetworks.com I always suspected that Platinum Partner was somehow directly associated with Clickbank, maybe ran by Clickbank employees or exployees. Every site I ever had become popular was copied by Platinum Partner and Clickbank would always ignore my requests to disable their site. If a different client would copy my site, they would quickly disable their account which seems rather odd. I would even receive spam from Platinum Partner since I signed up once to their site to see how much content they had stolen from me. I would report the spam and Clickbank would do nothing. Anyways I found the below comment when doing a search for clickbank.com on McAfee site advisor. http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/clickbank.com Clickbank plays an active role in various scams and promotions of their clients that they deem to be profitable. Any site that becomes popular in their listings are sure to be copied by other clients of theirs. I use the term client very loosely because clients of their such as "platinumpartner.com" have been said to be employees or friends / ex-employees of Clickbank. They will approve and push though sites for some clients such as "platinumpartner.com' and deny others that they believe will be too much competition for their golden client. Clickbank employees play a very active role in "platinumpartner.com" scams and even allowing them to spam and providing them with sought after ad spaces on their market place listings while telling other clients that the spots are filled. The game that Clickbank is playing is fraud, and bribery. I recommend you steer clear of this site and see what other options are available for processing charges on your site. Any thoughts on this as it seems like a big front for Clickbank to be able to promote and profit off of any of their clients who make money.
I think you need more proof than that. While Clickbank may not be squeaky clean, many members of this community make hundreds of thousands of dollars per year with them. When this is your first post in this community, it makes us wonder what the heck your agenda is.
They've earned me many thousands the last month, but all their sites are scams. They're not very original scams, for example the music and movie download site scam has been developed by Canadian company Market Engines, AFAIK (they've created hundreds of these sites and the concept's been copied thousands of times). I'm sure '5starreviews' didn't come up with the concept of the PC TV scam either. It's been done many times before.
Ah! I understand. However, many products are good. I plan to have a product there, and it will not be a scam. I promise.
I don't think there's any scam here, it's just simply good business on the part of ClickBank. Platinum Partner are a huge customer of theirs, so they have a preferential relationship with them.
Maybe this will enlighten some. http://www.clickbanksuccessforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5836&sid=03007d60e94ea28ff955c976886a01fa BTW my site has state of the art PC TV software. It was in no way a scam. I had a state of the art PC application developed.
