Hi all, Is anyone else experiencing payment issues with clickbank at the moment, because I've gotten emails from customers who are having issues ordering. Thanks
I have been a clickbank affiliate for 5 years. Never had an ordering problem or getting paid problem.
Conversion rates soared for me after 15th Feb. Same traffic, lower sales volumes. Didn't want to say anything because I wanted to be sure - but all our traffic has remained constant. You may notice that CB's analytics haven't been updated since 22nd Feb either. Really disappointed in this - considering CB is meant to be a "$2bn" company.... I emailed them but am looking out for their response
Its common to have such problem with Clickbank. I myself get similar emails from blog visitors that CB is rejecting their credit cards. May be they need to update their payment processing system.
Yeah I noticed this too. It's a shame really, because I really want to fix this up. I know there is something wrong with their payment processor because when I logged in this morning and clicked on today's sales, it listed 15 sales but said I had made $9.81 in total, which made NO SENSE at all :\ So, I have called my ClickBank account manager and left a message, so I'm hoping to get an answer soon, which I will post here.
I knew something was wrong again! According to the analytics page I only got 4 hops yesterday but I got more than 30 outclicks when I checked my websites.
I just had a huge amount of sales come in within a short period and the status on the analytics page says that "client analytics data is delayed"
I've been sending about 2,000 daily visitors from PPV/PPC traffic sources since the 22th (3 days and counting), and nothing except a few OFS - FAIL. And it's getting worse.... from the past 24 hours, no clicks have been registering at all, even though I keep getting the same volume of clicks. Also, I've got a couple hundreds direct hits of laser targeted traffic coming in since yesterday, and 0 hops for that campaign. In other words.... Yeah I really wish analytics has been screwing up since the 22th, not me >_< I keep checking all those links constantly to make sure everything is properly aligned... Here's to hoping that very soon those reports will magically fall into place (and somehow profitably, or at least break-evenly).
Well, I feel a lot better knowing that it wasn't only me, that's a relief. So, I got a response back today from my account manager and she said that they will look into this matter promptly for me and she will contact me again afterwards.
Whow! I rarely come here anymore but since FEB 22nd my sales hit rock bottom for the same traffic (i send in a HUGE volume of traffic) . I actually came here to see if anyone else is having problem with CB sales in the last few days and i see that im far from being the only one. I am 100% certain now that there is a problem
