Selling Clickbank Diet Site for Sale plus 'Feeder' Diet Site

This auction is actually for 2 sites, one selling a diet product through Clickbank, and the other a diet weight loss content site that sends traffic to the ebook site.

The combined monthly income from the sites is around $400 per month, with $80 of that coming from adsense, and the rest from Clickbank sales.

I have priced this fairly high considering the income that I make of it, but I think/hope interested buyers will find the package is worth it when you read the auction description.

I reduced the price of the ebook 2 months ago, as I thought it would bring in more sales. It was priced at $27 but I dropped it to $17. I have not found that conversions have increased, so a buyer could increase the price back to $27 without losing customers.

The refund rate is very low, around 2%.

Customer support questions are few and far between, and usually because a buyer has missed the download link. If a new owner of the site wanted to forward any diet support questions to me, I would be happy to deal with them.

Receives around 2100 Unique visitors per month.

I have done very little promotion for either site.

The copy on the diet site was written by me (as was the content on the other site) but as I am not a copywriter it does not convert very well, only around 0.3%.

If a new buyer could improve on the copy, the site would quickly make money as it it only converted at 1% that would be equivalent to 2 sales per day with the current traffic.

I have received a few 'demanding' PMs that quite frankly are totally rude.

If you cannot write and state your interest in a polite manner, don't bother contacting me.

Just because I am selling sites, does not make me a piece of c***. These sites took a lot of work and will make a new owner decent money. I am more than happy to provide my stats to genuinely interested parties, but if you think that writing me a 5 word PM demanding to know where they are, you won't get them.

I have no interest in selling these sites to somebody who cannot demonstrate common courtesy, regardless of the money you might be interesting in paying.
