Clickbank Client Analytics Data Delayed For almost 3 days

    Now I see this notification time and time again. But what's new now is that after it returned to normal operation I am seeing ZERO hops. Which means no one is clicking my affiliate links yet the url shortners I use report of clicks. Any thing similar happened to you guys?

    Yes it is a common problem with clickbank with growing number of affiliates this is getting even worse. But the sales are shown in real time on your account home page.

    Hope so. When I login today it is again delayed. And when I click on analytics, It shows zero hops and in the vendor id place it says "not set" ?? Maybe the server is overloaded or don't know what. But why do clickbank use the same server for all its sales? If you see paypal or Google they have other severs that handle other country visits. eg if you are in the UK and load Google it has the following Url http://google.co.uk

    Well I took part in a launch over the last couple of days and made $4500 so I can tell you there is nothing wrong with their tracking

    Anyone else seeing zero hops for the last 2 days (Sept 9th & 10th) -- even though the dashboard says "Normal Operation"?

    The hops count (graph) in my Analytics dashboard has been declining since 8th Sept.

    Yeah, I'm seeing exactly the same thing. Sales are still being recorded, but it's annoying not knowing how things are converting...

    Oh, good, it is not just me. My vendor tracking is just fine. Affiliate sales are being recorded in my accounts. But like the rest of the commentators, here, my affiliate tracking shows Zero for the last two days.

    Since it appears to be happening to everyone - I know that clickbank will get this fixed and I don't have to wory about it...

    Same here... but I do not generate any sales anyway... only hops... someone wants me to teach 1 to 1 I am ready to share revenue...

    Glad others having this problem. I am seeing zero hops for the last days on Clickbank. I run my links through my own management tool so know that people are still clicking.

    Below is their response to my question. Of course they assured me of tracking sales. The other is as I released my new product, I am seeing hops for affiliates promotions, yet my promotions as an affiliate for others products says "not set" till now.

    They might be trying to assure us that all sales are still being tracked, but I don't for a minute believe that's true. My sales are noticeably down since this whole fiasco started.

    Now this is amazing. I saw some sales in the transaction area and it never show up in the analytics area. Usually the analytics section delays a little I think but it has been like this for the past 15 days. No mention of sales in the analytics area. The other is in the vendor tab of analytics section it says "not set". And I have no idea which hops are getting how many clicks... though I can see it in my redirect scripts. But for me it has been like this for about two months. Whereas When I check another dormant CB acct. It is reporting hops. I'm COnfused??
