Does anyone know what is Clickbanks official policy regarding products that might be considered "black hat"?

Na, what I meant was they don't allow you "black hat products" into this product market place?

I recently developed a plug-in for wordpress that is a per post search engine cloaker (I would consider it Grey hat) since it would depend on how you were using such a system.

But they tagged it as black hat? . . . I went to find more specific policy information, and couldn't find any.

    Any ideas?

I thought about registering the software under a new name and trying to re-submit (perhaps build the site with flowers and sunshine) ?

I tried to get some stuff that I consider grey hat not blackhat listed and I was told it was not allowed.

I wanted to do an iPhone unlocker, but was told no. I suppose that counts as black-hat. Funny, they do allow Wii unlocking though...

@metafever - you could reply and ask specifically which parts of the policy you're breaking, or ask them for advice on altering the product to comply with their policies. At the end of the day though, they're allowed to reject any product for any (or no) reason.

If that doesn't work, try altering your description of the product, it's name, graphics etc. Rebrand it so it's an SEO tool, not a "black hat hax0r leet scriptz". :)
