Listen , do you know you can add up to 40 keywords in one squidoo lens ? The reason I am telling you this is because you only have 8 clicks from squidoo , you should be having more by now .

One more tip : After that your article get approved by EA , you can publish it in Go Article with another title .

Thanks for the advice. I was aware I could put in a lot of keywords and squidoo, but only put in a few. I'll have to think up a bunch of keywords to put in.

About publishing on goarticles, do I just copy the same exact article and just change the title, or do I alter the article so it has different wording, but the same meaning?

 

You can do either options , when you switch the title just use it as a keyword . If you published your article on EA and then on Go article , you will not have any trouble but if you do the opposite , EA will banned you .

That's why people published article on EA first and then post it in different article directories with different title ( Keywords ) .

Today I didn't "write" any articles, but I finished off my freebook, which I'll later turn into articles. Still capped with my ezine account, so I cant make new ones.

Trying to work the kinks out of phplist, so I can capture emails and give out the ebook. I changed the email formats, but they're not updating when I test them with myself. Once I get that figured out, I'll be able to capture emails. Yippie!

Unable to submit anything to ezine articles, since I still have 2 in queue and I'm capped. I need that damn queue to finish so I can apply for a better account.

Anyway, just got the opt in up on my site. We'll see how that goes.

Oh, I was looking at my CTR at ezinearticles and it's 17% and it seems to be moving up each day. Which I think is pretty good, just for starting out.

Might as well give my stats since I won't be able to update this thread later.

Last night I put up a few more squidoo lenses. I also updated a few squidoo lenses. Still waiting for ezine articles to finish with the queue, so I can get past this cap and start posting articles again.

I'll just keep building here.

Watch, ezine articles in 2 days time will approve some basic account and with another 10 article submission cap and I'll use it up in 1 day. lol

Just curious, does anyone think I should incorporate a little adsense onto my blog posts?

Thanks! My queue actually got submitted at ezine articles and just put my application through. I'm just sitting here writing a stack of articles.

 

Well, I just got upgraded to "Basic Plus" which will give me 25 more articles. Doesn't say anything about getting faster submission times, but I hope I do.

Gonna go submit 8 articles of my 25 cap lol.

 

How come you got only to Basic Plus? I got upgraded straight to Platinum after my first 10 articles. Weird.
About the AdSense question - if you are promoting ClickBank offers on your blog, don't put AdSense on there. The $0.2 per click you may get from 10 clicks worth much less than one ClickBank sale.

Thanks for the adsense advice. I think I didn't get platinum because one of my articles got problemed for "keyword abuse" or stuffing. The funny thing was it wasn't even a keyword I was focused on, i just used it a lot by coincidence. I think I also may have got a pissed off editor because I barely changed anything and resubmitted it and it was accepted.

 

Well, this basic plus account is pretty good. It's like platinum except with a cap. I just had 9 articles approved within a few hours of being submitted. One within 15minutes.

That rocks!

I got an EA acct in my wifes name last month and ran up against the same process. Got the basic plus acct. This was without any problem articles at all. So I guess that must be their process they put everyone through now. Worked out fine. After the 25 she was upgraded to platinum.

 

Good to hear tpc. I hope to get platinum, but I guess this basic plus isn't that big of a deal though. I'm approved pretty fast, I just have a cap.

 

I published another 4 articles today. I updated one of my squidoo lenses. I was working on my taxes today and i've been sort of preoccupied with that. Also I was looking at my credit card statement and saw a $100 charge that wasn't mine. Yippie!

Anyway, happy to say my subscriber list is growing.

I have 7 confirmed emails, 10 unconfirmed right now.

Oh also passed the 1000 page views at ezine articles.
