    Supplemental hoplink tracking!
    2007-05-01 -

ClickBank is pleased to announce improvements to our hoplink tracking. Tracking hoplinks and affiliate credit with cookies is 100% accurate in the vast majority of cases. For some percentage of customers, however, cookies do not work for tracking. In these rare instances, customers either have cookies turned off in their browser, have utilized new browser security and/or privacy parameters, or have other software installed on their computer that prevents ClickBank from setting a cookie at all. We have developed a new technology that will accurately track hoplinks and award correct affiliate credit for most instances where cookies are not set. This new technology works hand-in-hand with our current cookie-tracking system to ensure proper credit is awarded to referring affiliates.

Now I know why my affiliate sales have gone through the roof this month :)

    great news.
I have been awaiting this new hoplink tracking system that can track hoplinks accurately and am very happy to read this.

I have blocked all cookies in my internet explorer settings, set the security to high and checked if clickbank is able to track the hoplinks.
    Surprise, it worked.

Also, my system has spybot search and destroy and some other privacy software installed ( these block clickbank cookies ).
Still, the hoplinks are being tracked.

I understand that the hoplink tracking system is excellent now.

I think the critiques of clickbank will keep silence.
Thank you for sharing this information.

I am sure this will increase the income of affiliates.

Finally it's here! For the longest time, affiliates have been complaining against the reliability of Clickbank's hoplink. Hopefully we can see an improvement in conversion with this update ;)

Really a great news for the affiliates!

I'm not sure is CB's cookies are for the same time..or will it be considered for a life long time. Because some affiliate networks consider a sale when the customer buys the product even after 90 days. Is it the same with Clickbank?
