    The problem is NOT Clickbank. Clickbank always "studies" a site/product before
    accepting it...
    but once a site is approved, account holders can do pretty much anything
    with it (like changing product and content).

    The problem IS ClickBank

    Its duty is to approve products and to keep a clean network for affiliates in the long run
