ClickBank and Images

    Is it ok to use the images on my site from a clickbank merchant. I am not talking about hot linking or direct link I am talking about the image copied to my server and used to create my own landing page.

    I would say most merchants wouldn't care if you are promoting their product, but it is pretty simple to ask them. Generally you can't just use their images without permission as they are copyright.

    I agree that we should contact the vendor before placing images from his site on our site.
    Sometimes, some vendors may not have time to respond fast or they may not respond at all.
    But still, we have to contact them and inform them of the issue.

    I don't think there would be a problem if we use their images. After all we are promoting their product. They won't mind (If I'm not wrong)

    I've not had any problems with using merchants' images before since we are promoting their products anyway.

    But if you were to encounter one, better drop promoting this stuff because he obviously has no idea what affiliate marketing is all about but that's just me :p
