I attempted to put an ad on CL advertising a clickbank link and they nixed it saying that clickbank.net is not a permitted url.

How do you guys advertise on craigslist with your clickbank stuff?

I think you aren`t allow to put affiliate link there.
But you can make a redirect trough one of your domains.

yea, craigslist doesnt allow affiliate links directly.
carminx suggesstion is a good one with redirects.
or you can send it to your website, which could have affiliate links on it

Do you think having a link to one of my sites and have that site set up to redirect to the clickbank advertiser would fly?

Don't waste your time trying to promote Clickbank products on advertisements websites.

That's a poor way to market products....

Instead write some articles or do PPC.

bl4ckmaN is right - Craigslist can be profitable, but it's very hard to keep listings up on there. Your time would be better spent writing articles - answering yahoo questions - tweaking your seo - and building legitimate traffic. Trying to keep ahead of the Craigslist Boot, is a big waste of time.

I currently have about 350 ads running on craigslist now... I place about 80 ads a day and thought that might be a good outlet.
