    Yes. Other contextual advertising is not allowed on the same page as adsense.

    Yes you can run them both on the same page. However it's not a good idea to use PPC and affiliate programs together.
    Why would you waste visitors clicking on AdSense when you can sell something if they focus on the affiliate offers.

    You can use any other ad with adsense as long as other ads don't look similar to adsense ads.
