Ok so with this payperiod that just ended, should I expect all my allowance to be added to this current payperiod that just start Sep 1?

The CDR doesnt count as a payperiod? That would be 5, and 6 with the payperiod that just ended Aug 31.

It counts as 6 pay periods from the first time you paid allowance.

What I was surprised to find is that they take allowance from the new subtotal, which I think is lame.

Like if you made $1000 and they released $50 from a previous allowance, the total for the pay period would be $1050, they'll take $105 for allowance. That means they take allowance on the released allowance. I know it doesn't work out to much, but it's still pretty lame.
